Fast-forward to the 21st century, and we find ourselves in the midst of the third revolution of knowledge. After the invention of the printing press and the democratization of information through the internet, we are now witnessing the rise of artificial intelligence. At GT, we carry the same pioneering spirit that once fueled Gutenberg. Founded in Paris as an educational publisher, we created and published 16 textbooks and brought together a thriving community of 300K students and 30K teachers. With rapid growth, however, came major roadblocks. Developing both print and digital materials simultaneously exposed inefficient, disjointed processes—a labyrinth of competing technologies and redundant workflows that limited our potential.
Facing these challenges head-on sparked a transformative vision: a single source of truth for content that could be designed, tagged, reused, and exported across multiple formats. This groundbreaking concept, rooted in efficiency and innovation, led us to secure our first patent—a bold declaration of our commitment to revolutionizing how knowledge is shared.
Building on the promise of this patent, “GT” was officially born. Drawing on our firsthand experience as an educational publisher, we began offering our patent-based Learning Content Management System (LCMS) to publishers wrestling with the same inefficiencies. By unifying print and digital publishing into a simultaneous workflow, we accelerated time-to-market, reduced costs, and delivered higher-quality products for learners everywhere.
